Using Tilnur

Tilnur is free to download for personal, non-commercial use. Some features are part of Tilnur Plus, an optional subscription. By using the app you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the app, try to get around its subscription, or disrupt the services it relies on.

Tilnur Plus subscription

Tilnur Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and Plus stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple’s policies. Reading the Quran, listening to every reciter, prayer times and the Qibla remain free.

Content

Recitations belong to their reciters and are streamed from mp3quran.net and islamic.network. The Quran text and translations come from alquran.cloud and belong to their respective translators and publishers. Adhan recordings are used under commercial licences purchased from Pond5 and AudioJungle; their sources are listed on the Prayer screen. Tilnur does not claim ownership of this content.

Prayer times and Qibla

Prayer times are calculated from your location using standard astronomical methods, and the Qibla direction depends on your device’s compass. Both are estimates and can differ from your local mosque or be affected by magnetic interference. Please confirm with your local mosque when it matters.

Availability

Streaming depends on third-party services and an internet connection; downloaded recitations play offline. We may change, improve or discontinue features at any time.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
